Onduline Bitumen Roofing Sheets
Onduline bitumen roofing sheets are the perfect choice for building a roof made to last on sheds or outdoor buildings. These roofing sheets are manufactured to withstand our unpredictable weather and have come a long way since they were first introduced in the 1930s. At eRoofs we are so confident in these sheets that you get a 15-year waterproof guarantee with any of the Onduline bitumen roofing sheet range that you purchase.
We don't just offer the sheets themselves either; we offer a wide range of items you'll need for installation as well as free instruction guides and even advice direct from the eRoofs team, should need it.
The Onduline Difference
Onduline bitumen is no cheap, ordinary bitumen. Onduline have made huge improvements compared to older bitumen roofing sheets you may have been used to. They combine a high-quality bitumen material with cellulosic fibres for reinforcement that has been developed and improved over time using 75 years of industry expertise. You can now enjoy the best qualities of bitumen (such as the weatherproofing and ease of installation), whilst guarding against the old drawbacks (damage from temperature changes or colour fading fast from sunlight).
Onduline have created a bitumen that is a high performance yet lightweight (just 3kg per square meter) and even made from 50-60% recycled materials. Every sheet is 100% eco-friendly and BBA certified so you can buy Onduline sheets from eRoofs responsibly.
Most amateur DIYers can easily handle the installation of these lightweight sheets. Fancy tools aren’t required for the job; an average handsaw can handle any cutting necessary, and a screwdriver or hammer will do perfectly well for fastening the roof into place. With high-quality matching fixings and accessories available, a professional finish with Onduline can be achieved effortlessly.
These roofing sheets offer outstanding weather resistance and can withstand wind, snow, hot weather and heavy rain. They have been proven to withstand strong winds of up to 120mph, guarantee water tightness, boast UV protection and even provide thermal and acoustic comfort.
The range of bitumen roofing shown above should cater to all tastes with five different colours to choose from and even translucent sheeting should you wish to add more light to your structure. Each coloured sheet is UV resistant and highly pigmented, undergoing a resin impregnation process for colouring, guarding against colour fading so you can enjoy your finished roof for many years to come.
How do eRoofs offer incredible quality at such low prices?
