eDecks Walksure Low Slip Deck Board is a slip resistant product which combines EPDM rubber and pressure treated softwood deck board.The resulting product provides not only an attractive and colourful alternative to traditional timber decking but also a safe slip resistant surface in wet or dry conditions.WalkSure® decking is PEFC certified and has a 15 year guarantee against rot and fungal decay, subject to correct installation and treatment of cut timber.WalkSure® is rated as 'low potential for slip' tested to BS 7976 part 2Importantly WalkSure achieves the ‘low slip’ rating in each of the three test procedures, across, diagonal to and along the board length.If deck boards are cut the sawn ends should be re-treated with a suitable timber preservative.Supports should be set at a maximum of 450mm centres.
