Order and Delivery Terms
- Orders over £250 → Free delivery - Under £250 → Standard delivery charge applies.
- Corotile/Shingles & Bitumen Sheets → £29.99 UK-Mainland.
- If you are in the ULEZ zone, an additional £7.50 surcharge is always applied.
- We can sometimes accommodate specific delivery date requests and/or express delivery – please call us to discuss this as there would also be an additional charge for this service.
- Upon placing an order you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Please ensure you check all contact/delivery information, plus the items on your order and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
- A delivery date will be arranged once the order has been accepted and processed. You will receive this delivery date via email. Your delivery date will be adhered to wherever possible.
- We take no responsibility or liability for any costs incurred as a result of any changes to your delivery date. Please do not book tradesmen until delivery has been made.
- We are unable to provide specific delivery times, although we do endeavour to call approximately one hour prior to delivery.
- All deliveries are made to kerbside or as close to the property as access will allow. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that materials are moved from kerbside or from the front of the property if required. The driver will assist wherever possible.
- An additional charge will be applicable if orders have to be redelivered.
- Where goods are returned, a fee of 20% of the sales value will be payable.
